Please read these terms carefully before using Morpix. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Morpix website, browser extension, or web application ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service & Local Processing

Morpix provides a suite of tools for enhancing visual content, including screenshots, videos, and QR codes.

Crucial Distinction: Unlike many online tools, Morpix operates on a "Local-Only" architecture. All image processing, editing, and rendering are performed locally within your browser on your device. We do not upload your content to our servers for processing or storage.

3. User Accounts & Pro Licenses

Morpix offers both a Free version and a paid Pro version.

  • Pro License: To access Pro features, you must purchase a license key.
  • Reseller (Merchant of Record): Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, LemonSqueezy. LemonSqueezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Usage of the checkout page is subject to LemonSqueezy's Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • License Usage: A Pro license is valid for use by a single individual. Sharing license keys publicly is prohibited and may result in the revocation of your license.
  • Refunds: We offer a refund policy consistent with LemonSqueezy's standard terms or within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as advertised.

4. User Conduct & Responsibility

Since Morpix processes data locally, you retain full ownership and responsibility for the content you create.

  • You are solely responsible for the images, text, and videos you capture and edit using Morpix.
  • You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Morpix browser extension or web application.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content created by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Morpix (developed by DIAITI) and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries.

You retain all rights to the visual content you create, edit, or process using Morpix.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Morpix makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Morpix, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
